We are passionate about the training we provide to our students and are always happy to help them re-train if they feel that the training they have received from another college or training centre is inadequate. In most cases a few hours of extra tuition may be all that is required to instil the theoretical and practical skills necessary to allow students to perform safe and effective treatments for their clients without having the expense of re-training. Often qualified therapists may not perform as many treatments as they would like or wait months or even years, after completing training before start to treat clients. This could be due to personal circumstances or a career break whilst they raise their children. For these therapists it can be easy for them to lose touch with the latest good practice in relation to therapy treatments and to lose confidence in their abilities.

Whatever the reason, providing effective treatments for clients relies on the therapist’s understanding of good practice and their ability to communicate. Refresher workshops are designed to refresh therapist’s skills and to give them confidence to provide effective treatments for their clients. ½ day workshops are more suitable for those who are providing treatments but just want to reassure themselves that they are doing it right. 1 day workshops are more suitable for those who haven’t provided many treatments since their training and need to go back to basics. Ususally offered on a one to one basis they can be arranged at a mutually convenient time however if you know a friend or colleague who would also like to attend we can accommodate their request.

What are the costs? Our ½ day refresher workshops are £45 and our 1 day refresher workshops are £85.

How do I pay? A 35% deposit and all appropriate VTCT fees must be received by Chrysalis Therapy Training to secure a place on all of our courses and workshops. The balance is required in full, 31 days prior to the first day of the course or workshop. We offer a 10% discount for payments made in full at time of booking.

Payments can be paid directly into our bank account. You can transfer funds from your own bank account either using online banking or at your branch, completely free and very secure. Simply add to cart and follow the checkout procedure, choosing ‘pay via The Royal Bank of Scotland’ option. Once we have received your order we will contact you with our bank details so that you can arrange a direct bank transfer to complete payment.
