EFT Level 2

EFT Level 2 CPPD Workshop

CPPD points: 5

Workshop duration: 2 days, 10.00am – 5.30pm

Workshop description: EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a simple and effective self-help technique and a therapeutic tool, sometimes known as “acupuncture without needles” or “tapping therapy”. It is one of the family of Meridian Therapies, which are part of the recent developments in Energy Psychology. EFT combines stimulation of a series of acupressure points with cognitive restructuring (specially worded affirmations) that often leads to rapid positive shifts in thinking patterns and emotional issues. The basics of EFT can be learnt in minutes, and it can be applied to provide relief from a wide variety of emotional, mental and physical symptoms.

Masha Bennett teaches EFT in her individual style, whilst striving to stay consistent with EFT founder Gary Craig’s original concept and core principles. Her courses follow the guidelines set out by the Association for Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET), and also include additional material. The AAMET Practitioner certification is recognised by the UK insurers.
