We offer a wide range of distant energy attunements or empowerments to specific energies. An attunement is an initiation into a sacred metaphysical order that has been present on earth for thousands of years. Joanne has channelled these attunement and included them as part of a range of e-learning courses to aid your personal and professional development and promote holistic health and well-being. After a distant energy attunment you will experience a strong connection to the specific symbols incorporated in the e-learning course and be able to use it for self healing and meditation.

All of our energy attunments are sent via distance hence the name distant energy attunement. When working with energy time and space are irrelevant as the process works in the same way as it would as if in person. Joanne will use the ‘Chi Ball Method’ to deliver our distant energy attunements allowing you to call in the attunement at an appropriate time. About ten minutes before you wish to call in the attunement  please get yourself comfortable, relax and make sure that you will not be disturbed for at least 20 minutes. If you would like to play some relaxing music then do so. You may also want to burn incense or hold a particular crystal such as Quartz or Amethyst. To call in the attunement simply follow the attunement instructions that you will receive as part of your course.

After the attunement you may feel a little light-headed or dizzy. To facilitate the benefits of the attunement follow this simple aftercare advice:

• Eat something
• Drink plenty of water
• Walk around in your bare feet, preferably on the grass or ground, also stamp your feet to ground yourself
• Hold a grounding crystal such Hematite or Black Tourmaline
• Clap your hands
• Rest and relax for the next few hours
