VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology (D1060) - Home Study
Course Summary:
Anatomy and Physiology, a study of how the human body works. This
qualification is a requirement for anyone intending to enter into a
career in Holistic or
Sports Therapies and is of a higher level than the appropriate Anatomy
& Physiology that is covered in the VTCT Level 3 Certificate in
Swedish Massage course and other VTCT courses.
This qualification is suitable as a gateway for non-medical physical
therapies and as a re-inforcement to learning and confidence building
and for those progressing to further qualification. Includes: This Diploma also includes the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards.
This course is a mandatory part of all Holistic and Sports Therapy
courses. If however you have already gained this Diploma in the last 3
years you will not have to complete it again providing evidence can be
shown. Please bring a packed lunch, herbal teas and filtered water will be provided for you.

 | Prerequisites: No prior experience is required however candidates are recommended to have a level of general education at least comparable to pass grades in GCSEs or taken other qualifications at Levels 2 or 3. |
Course Delivery: The tutorials for this course are delivered online. Once you have been registered with VTCT we will send an e-mail to you containing your login details so that you can access these tutorials.Once you have completed all the tutorials you will be required complete written assignments, to be submitted as part of your Portfolio of Evidence and attend our approved assessment centre to sit a final assessment, a 1 hour written test paper.
