We have developed a Personalised Study Plan to enable our students to prepare for their future. With our Personalised Study Plan you can book all the courses and workshops you would like to attend, pay a 35% deposit and then pay the balance by monthly payments over 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months depending on the numbers of courses and workshops booked.

Advantages of our Personalised Study Plan
With our Personalised Study Plan you get the opportunity to spread the cost of your training. By paying a deposit and then the balance by monthly payments you are spreading the cost which is a huge financial benefit at no extra charge. You also benefit from fixed fees as you will not experience any increases. Twice a year VTCT increase their registration and certification fees and as a business we also have to review our costs and may, from time to time increase course / workshop fees. But if you choose a Personalised Study Plan you will not have to pay more if the fees increase. Because we have a limited amount of dates and places available for each course or workshop we offer, you can relax knowing that your places are secure.

Terms and Conditions

• A minimum of one VTCT course must be included in your Personalised Study Plan
• A balance of 35% MUST be paid at the time of enrolement to secure a place unless otherwise agreed
• The remaining balance must be paid by monthly payments on the 25th of the month
• All payments must be made by direct funds transfer / standing order
• Any late payments will be subject to a late payment charge, consistent late payments will ultimately result in you not being able to complete your qualification. No refunds will be given
• All deposits are non-refundable, unless the course is cancelled by Chrysalis Therapy Training
• All VTCT fees are non-refundable
• Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least 91 days before the first day of the course or workshop. In this case 75% of the basic course costs paid / balance paid will be refunded, all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
• For cancellations made within 61 – 91 days of the first day of the course or workshop, 50% of the basic course costs paid /balance paid will be refunded, all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
• For cancellations made within 31 – 60 days of the first day of the course or workshop, 25% of the basic course costs paid / balance paid will be refunded, all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the first day of the course or workshop cannot be accepted and any monies paid will not be refunded. Any remaining balances that are unpaid will remain due in full. Please be advised we will take steps to recover all monies due.
