After a series of bad experiences as a student during her own training, over the years she has become determined to provide her students with an experience that would not only enable them to become professional therapists but enhance their spiritual development and enrich their lives.
Supported whole heartedly by her husband Jason, Joanne and Cindy have managed not only to turn that vision into a reality but to create a ‘family’ environment where students feel safe, secure and nurtured. Joanne, Cindy and Jason continue to strive for excellence in all that they do.
After being in the business of Optics, dispensing spectacles and managing several practices for over 13 years, Joanne decided to fulfill a long time desire to help people to improve the quality of their life by becoming a holistic Therapist. She is qualified in Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Thermal Auricular Therapy, Stress Management, Thai Foot Massage, Oriental Face Massage, Past Life Healing, Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy, Colour Therapy, Flower Essences, Reiki and Crystal Reiki.
Over the last 8 years Joanne has built up a successful private practice, Holistic Healing Hands and a wealth of experience in treating clients with a wide range of conditions, ranging from minor ailments to terminal illnesses. Having suffered from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) since her early teens she treats many clients with the same condition.
Joanne is highly motivated and provides training to the highest of standards. She regularly attends workshops and continues to further her studies to gain additional qualifications in order to give students the best and most appropriate experience and advice.
Her husband Jason is a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and an NLP Practitioner. He is particularly interested in body language and communication and how the skills needed to build a rapport with clients can enhance both the client and therapist experience. Communciation skills and an understanding of body language are vitally important but often underestimated and overlooked.
Recently Joanne has founded the power of 3, alongside her husband Jason and close friend Anita and will be providing spiritual, psychic and personal/self development eCourses and workshops. She also offers Angel attunements, Angel workshops and private Angel card readings at Angelic Wisdom and Eastern Reiki courses at Usui Reiki Ryoho Info.
