To book a place on any of our professional training courses, CPPD workshops or personal development workshops visit www.chrysalistherapytrainingstore.co.uk where you can create an account, book a place and make payment, either a deposit or full payment. When booking a place on our VTCT professional training courses please ensure that you add to your shopping basket all appropriate VTCT registration fees. Please note if you use our online store to purchase a place you will still be required to complete and return a bookings form as it contains specific infomation necessary for us to provide you with the best possible training. We will post this booking form to you as soon as we receive your order confirmation.

Alternatively you can download our booking form here, which can then be printed out, completed and pages 1 - 5 returned to us along with the deposit or full payment and all appropriate VTCT registration fees. Simply save the file to your computer and then unzip to access the pdf document. Please return the booking form along with your payment to:
